Rinse twice daily, morning and evening after brushing your teeth with Cariax Gingival Toothpaste.

Rinse with 15ml of Cariax Gingival Mouthwash for 30 seconds.

Use for 2-3 weeks.

Do not dilute the product with water.

Do not swallow the product.

Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use to maximise the effect of the product.
